1. Sossaman and Chandler Heights roads: Crews began the installation of the new traffic signal at this intersection. The shoulder on the southwest corner of the intersection will be closed while work progresses. Other traffic restrictions are anticipated as the work progresses. Off-duty law enforcement will be controlling traffic at the intersection.

2. Hawes and Queen Creek roads: Crews will be completing concrete repairs on the northwest corner of the intersection. Traffic on Hawes Road will be shifted east during the work day.

3. Queen Creek Road between Hawes and Sossaman roads: Crews are widening a portion of the south side of Queen Creek Road in this area. The westbound left travel lane is closed between Emperor Blvd. east and 194th Street, with eastbound traffic shifted north in the same area. Temporary traffic control will be in place 24 hours/day through Friday, Dec. 28. While traffic is shifted, the posted speed limit will be reduced to 25 mph.

4. Victoria Lane west of Ellsworth Loop Road: Crews will be widening the south side of Victoria Lane adjacent to the Queen Creek Marketplace beginning Monday, Dec. 3 and continuing through Friday, Dec. 7. The work will require Victoria Lane to be closed to all traffic, with no access to the Marketplace to or from Victoria Lane, while the work progresses.

5. Ocotillo Road west of Ellsworth Road: Crews will be completing concrete repair on the north side of Ocotillo Road between Ellsworth and Ellsworth Loop Road, which will require traffic to be shifted south around the work area adjacent to the Library entrance.

6.  San Tan Blvd. and 204th Street: Beginning at 5 a.m., Monday, Dec. 3, the Floood Control District of Maricopa County's contractor will temporarily close the San Tan Blvd. and 204th Street intersection to facilitate pavement installation. During this time, Hawes Road, Ellsworth Road, Empire Blvd., or Riggs Road may be used as alternate routes. The intersection will reopen by 5 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 4.
